We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant Service Users who have complex needs and mental health. We are looking for individuals who have specific experience in supporting individuals with complex mental health diagnoses and self-injurious behaviours.
About You
You are passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives, and have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have mental health needs. You will have built experience in supporting individuals with these needs and be able to give examples of ways you have helped support someone through a period of crisis, or to maintain a stable period of mental health. You will impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. You will have some experience in supporting adults, personal care, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.
We help change our Service User's lives for the better. You will play your part by assisting in the delivery of tasks that are based on our Service User's personal support plans, and their needs and aspirations. You will work with our Team Leaders and ServiceDelivery Managers to assess and engage support for our Service Users. We empower our Service Users to develop the independent living skills they need.
